Marketing Program Instructor

Job Summary

Teaching a variety of marketing courses, the part-time Business Career Program Adjunct Instructor will deliver in-class instruction, prepare lesson plans, and evaluate student progress while working in Worcester, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures on marketing topics and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL)
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools
• Organize field outings for student enrichment and actively contribute to program improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration with a focus on marketing, advertising, or public relations
• At least two years of related work experience or specialized training in the field may be considered if the degree is not in a directly related field
• Ability to prepare lesson plans and deliver effective instruction
• Experience in evaluating student performance and providing academic advising
• Commitment to professional development and staying informed about advancements in teaching
