Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Marketing team in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Marketing Project Manager will manage vendor relationships, oversee contract logistics, and enhance workflow systems while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor management, ensuring onboarding and compliance
• Coordinate logistics for contractors, freelancers, and agency partnerships
• Maintain and improve project management systems and assist in piloting AI-assisted workflows

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Experience in-house or at an agency, closely working with creative production
• Hands-on experience with project management systems like Jira or Confluence
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful and proactive, with a positive approach to team collaboration
