- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in marketing roles
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and managing applicant tracking systems
- Experience hiring marketers based in the US
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
