Job Summary

Owning The Block's social media presence, the full-time Marketing & Social Media Senior Manager will develop and execute platform-specific strategies, create engaging content, and support product marketing efforts, all while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives
• Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and identify trends in the cryptocurrency space

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in the digital asset or media sectors
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for content engagement
• Experience with product marketing, including positioning and launch campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and trends to inform marketing strategies
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis
