Job Summary
Collaborating closely with advisor teams, the full-time remote Advisor Marketing Specialist will create, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to drive growth, focusing on campaign planning, event coordination, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams, aligning marketing initiatives with team goals and corporate priorities
- Lead campaign planning and execution, utilizing tools for collateral development, content customization, and performance tracking
- Foster relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders, providing training on marketing strategies and best practices
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing or sales enablement experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools in marketing tasks
