Marketing Specialist, High School Exchange

Job Summary

Driving host family recruitment and high school partnerships, the remote Marketing Specialist, High School Exchange will manage email campaigns, coordinate event logistics, and fulfill requests from local coordinators while ensuring timely execution of marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Build and schedule email nurture sends to host family inquiries, monitoring deliverability and list hygiene
• Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, including registration and materials shipping
• Maintain and update the school contact database while executing outreach email campaigns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of marketing, communications, or program coordination experience
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform and comfort building and scheduling sends
• Experience maintaining contact databases or working within a CRM; Salesforce preferred
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work with remote teams across multiple time zones
