Marketplace Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead the connection between first responders and coaches, the remote Head of Marketplace will manage supply and demand forecasting, oversee the matching process, and ensure marketplace efficiency while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own supply and demand forecasting to ensure timely coach availability for departments
• Manage the matching process from intake to first session, identifying bottlenecks and setting clear requirements
• Lead data efforts and metrics reporting to assess marketplace performance and drive improvements

Required qualifications

• Experience scaling provider networks or marketplace operations in telehealth or care marketplaces
• Ability to work with data models and communicate findings effectively
• Proven decision-making skills with the ability to adapt based on data insights
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment
