Marketplace Strategy Director
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end marketplace function, the full-time Director of Marketplace will define strategy and manage a team to enhance the platform's ecosystem, focusing on customer adoption, monetization, and integration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the marketplace strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap to align with company growth needs
- Build and scale a marketplace portfolio of integrations and solutions, managing partner segmentation and performance
- Develop programs to attract and retain developers and solution creators, driving marketplace growth and customer value
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in platform, marketplace, or business development roles within B2B SaaS or technology
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling technology marketplaces or developer ecosystems
- Proven ability to create and implement multi-year strategies and operating models
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, and technical enablement
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence platform capabilities and integration delivery
