Martech Operations Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for optimizing customer communications across the customer lifecycle, the full-time Martech Operations Manager will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing technology platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical enablement and optimization of customer communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech platforms
- Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys to deliver personalized communications across key touchpoints
- Lead the analysis of existing customer communication processes to identify gaps and opportunities for automation and improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development or marketing technology operations
- Experience designing and implementing automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and customer lifecycle communications
- Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into clear functional and technical requirements
