Maryland Account Executive
Job Summary
Maintaining and building professional relationships with clients, the remote Maryland Account Executive will train dealership and TSA personnel, monitor compliance with MVA regulations, and provide exceptional customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Virtually train dealership and TSA personnel on the use of Vitu
- Meet with dealership and TSA management to review processes related to MVA paperwork
- Ensure compliance with MVA regulations through audits and monitoring error rates
Required qualifications
- Experience with Reports of Sale and related MVA documents for new and used vehicles
- Preferred background in account management within a business-to-business environment
- Knowledge of MVA regulations and EVR program (E-filing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Able to communicate effectively with high-level executives
