Maryland and Virginia Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the part-time Maryland and Virginia Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide individual and group clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians, ensuring high standards of care and ethical compliance while working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision to associate clinicians
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation, treatment plans, and diagnosis codes
- Guide supervisees in clinical best practices surrounding LGBTQIA+ mental health and trauma-informed care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW-C) or Virginia (LPC, LCSW)
- Formal Board-Approved Supervisor status in the relevant state(s)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct clinical supervision
- Demonstrated experience in LGBTQIA+ mental health concerns and gender-affirming care
- Experience with clinical best practices related to minority stress models and relationship dynamics
