Maryland Licensed Account Manager
Job Summary
Managing a larger book of business, the full-time Maryland Licensed Account Manager will provide customer service and support for assigned clients while leading a service team in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Initiates renewal processes and develops strategies for existing clients in collaboration with the Regional Director or Producer
- Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, and reviews quotes for accuracy and competitiveness
- Coordinates the claims process for assigned accounts and ensures compliance with agency management system standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
- Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
- Experience in managing large accounts and leading a service team
- Technical knowledge of the insurance marketplace and lines of insurance
