Maryland Licensed Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

To support effective leave and benefits administration, the full-time Maryland Licensed Benefits Analyst will manage leave administration operations, conduct benefits analysis, and ensure a positive associate experience while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leave administration and resolve moderately complex issues
• Conduct analyses to predict program effectiveness and inform improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance leave processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in benefits or leave administration
• Advanced knowledge of leave administration operations and employee benefit programs
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local leave and disability requirements
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS and case management platforms
