Key Responsibilities
- Analyze enrollment and eligibility transactions to identify discrepancies and operational risks
- Validate member records and coordinate timely resolutions of complex enrollment issues
- Review and generate invoices, resolving billing disputes and payment-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Maryland Billing Analyst license
- Experience with QNXT or similar billing and enrollment systems
- Strong understanding of CMS and state regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in financial reconciliation and audit support
