Maryland Licensed Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Sparksoft's DSH Project, the remote Maryland Licensed Business Analyst will solicit and document health insurance marketplace needs, research market trends, and collaborate with developers to create functional specifications while playing a leadership role in a Product Development team utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Key responsibilities
- Solicit, understand, and document business requirements and workflows related to health insurance marketplaces
- Research market trends and develop product features and requirements in collaboration with developers and stakeholders
- Manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with customer requirements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the healthcare environment
- 3 years of experience working in an agile environment, particularly within the healthcare domain
- Strong knowledge of managing product build teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree
