Maryland Licensed Clinical Associate

Job Summary

To support patient care in an ambulatory setting, the PRN Maryland Licensed Clinical Associate will perform clinical and administrative duties, including documenting medical histories, assisting with patient exams, and providing clerical support, while working remotely and rotating through various locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Documents clinically related activities accurately in the patient's medical record and provides telephone screening services
• Assists providers with patient preparation for examinations and minor office procedures, ensuring optimal patient flow
• Participates in population management activities and conducts screenings for preventative care needs and behavioral health concerns

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required
• Less than 1 year of customer service experience or prior experience in a healthcare organization required
• CNA or EMT certification required upon hire for specific locations
• CPR certification for healthcare providers required within 90 days
• Experience working with electronic medical records preferred
