Key responsibilities
- Manage a variety of projects involving single to multi-property commercial transactions
- Search and examine data across counties, verifying legal property descriptions and ownership
- Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports while identifying and resolving discrepancies
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments in Maryland
- Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
- Ability to analyze complex information and solve problems independently
- A high school diploma or equivalent
