Maryland Licensed Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Corporate Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Compliance Manager will manage compliance policies, conduct regulatory monitoring, and provide education and training on compliance matters in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and monitor the Corporate Compliance Program and associated policies
• Track and research relevant laws and regulations, providing guidance on their application to the business
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for internal staff and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in consumer reporting, compliance, regulatory affairs, or law firm
• Working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and analogous state consumer reporting laws
• Must possess or obtain the Advanced FCRA Individual Certification within three (3) months of start date
• Demonstrated technical writing capability for policies, procedures, and training documentation
