Job Summary
To support healthcare data initiatives, the full-time Maryland Licensed Data Analyst will analyze data from various sources, identify and correct errors, and implement processes to enhance data quality, working in a remote or hybrid capacity for local candidates.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare data to identify errors and improve data quality processes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish business rules and data quality measures
- Document processes and prepare reports while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, specifically with healthcare data
- Hands-on experience with data quality assessment across multiple dimensions
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, R, and Python
- Experience using AWS services for data processing and visualization
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Data Analytics, or a related field
