Job Summary

Seeking a Maryland Licensed Employment Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage employment litigation cases, contribute to a collaborative practice group, and engage in client interactions, hearings, and trials.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation cases and provide legal representation for clients
• Engage in client interactions and manage appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with team members to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Required qualifications

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Maryland
• At least two years of experience in employment litigation
• Strong academic background with proven skills in research and writing
• Experience with motions and discovery is preferred but not required
• Self-starter with the ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
