Job Summary
As a Maryland Licensed Loan Officer, the full-time remote Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, build relationships with referral sources, and analyze client financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the loan process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to drive referrals and market the Rocket brand
- Evaluate client financial documents to determine eligibility for financing and advise on home-buying or refinancing processes
Required qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination
- State and federal licenses
- Proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume
- 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination preferred
- Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment preferred
