Job Summary

To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Licensed Medicaid Consultant will maintain compliance standards, develop procedures, and conduct training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor compliance reports, ensuring adherence to Medicaid regulations and performance metrics
• Conduct compliance investigations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions based on audit findings
• Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts by assessing current practices and identifying gaps in adherence to regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, healthcare operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
• Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
• Project management experience is a plus
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent is preferred
