Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate remote group therapy sessions for adolescents and young adults, ensuring client engagement and adherence to best practices while collaborating with the care team.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices, fostering client participation and cohesion
- Complete all onboarding requirements and maintain regular communication with supervisors and team members
- Monitor treatment documentation to ensure compliance with agency standards and timely completion of notes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults in a therapeutic setting
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with group treatment experience preferred
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
