Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care team, the part-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, collaborating with clinical leadership and other healthcare professionals while working remotely as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to communicate treatment plans and monitor client progress

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active independent clinical licensure in Maryland or willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy to youth and adults
• Experience providing telehealth services
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
