Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and group psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a hybrid schedule that includes onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults and develop trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and collaborate with treatment teams for integrated care
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation and mental wellness
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
