Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Maryland Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel virtually, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full panel of patients, providing ongoing, relationship-based care in a virtual environment
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies
• Document patient interactions and maintain productivity benchmarks while ensuring high-quality care

Required qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
