Job Summary
To support clinical content development, the full-time Maryland Licensed Patient Education Specialist will collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to create and maintain educational materials, review clinical guidelines, and ensure content accuracy, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both remote and in-office responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Help create engaging microlearning content for patient education, including video and written materials
- Review and ensure clinical guidelines and medical content reflect the latest evidence-based standards
- Manage clinical content projects from concept through completion, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN or APP license, and board-certified in the relevant specialty
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience in the United States, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Prior clinical leadership experience is preferred
- Strong familiarity with EHR platforms such as Epic and/or Cerner
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
