Job Summary
Seeking a Maryland Licensed Primary Therapist, the full-time remote position will conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adults, children, and adolescents, while managing administrative tasks and collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Complete clinical paperwork, including treatment plans and progress notes, for each patient on the caseload
- Participate in treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care and provide guidance to less experienced team members
Required qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Independent mental health license to practice individual therapy in Maryland
- At least 2 years of experience managing individual and/or family caseloads with documented success in treating common diagnoses
- Experience facilitating individual and family therapy sessions
- Ability to adapt to various group assignments and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
