Job Summary
To drive enterprise-level growth, the full-time Maryland Licensed Sales Consultant will originate, structure, and close complex new business opportunities while engaging with executive stakeholders and shaping market strategies remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Originates and closes high-value new business opportunities, leading end-to-end deal strategy and coordination across teams
- Develops relationships with industry partners and brokers, providing training and influencing placement decisions
- Mentors junior team members and leads internal strategy sessions, serving as a subject matter expert for complex sales approaches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 10 years of healthcare sales experience in a similar position
- Current health and life license for Maryland, DC, and Virginia
- Expert-level consultative and strategic selling skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare financing, underwriting, and risk structures
