Maryland Licensed Senior CDM Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the revenue cycle process, the full-time remote Maryland Licensed Senior CDM Coordinator will develop and maintain workflow processes, analyze compliance reports, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with clinical and administrative management.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and analyze monthly reports to identify compliance trends and issues
- Identify and resolve patterns of rejections and denials related to chargemaster coding
- Conduct annual chargemaster reviews and facilitate monthly chargemaster meetings
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree strongly preferred
- Six years of experience in chargemaster maintenance
- Certification such as CPC-H, CPC, CCS, or other coding certification required
