Job Summary
Providing legal counsel for technology and commercial transactions, the full-time Maryland Licensed Senior Counsel will review, draft, and negotiate complex agreements while supporting various health system entities remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review, analyze, draft, and negotiate complex agreements related to technology acquisition, licensing, and implementation
- Support technology commercialization initiatives, including outbound licensing arrangements
- Provide legal support for transactions across health system entities, focusing on IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Maryland Bar or eligible to become licensed in Maryland or Florida
- Ten years of relevant experience, including seven years of legal practice as a licensed attorney
- Five years of demonstrated leadership experience in managing projects or teams
