Maryland Licensed SOC L3 Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a Maryland Licensed SOC L3 Analyst for a remote, full-time position, who will lead complex security investigations, coordinate incident response, and mentor junior analysts while supporting 24x7 operations on a hybrid rotating shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts
• Lead investigations of complex and high visibility security incidents
• Coordinate incident containment, eradication, and recovery activities

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant cybersecurity or SOC experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM/XSIAM
• Advanced experience in SOC operations, security monitoring, and incident response
• Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, or CISSP are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
