Job Summary

Experienced cybersecurity professionals will find a remote opportunity for a Maryland Licensed SOC L3 Analyst, responsible for leading complex security investigations, coordinating incident responses, and mentoring junior analysts while working on a hybrid rotating shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts
• Lead investigations of complex and high visibility security incidents
• Perform proactive threat hunting, detection tuning, and root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant cybersecurity or SOC experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM/XSIAM
• Advanced experience in SOC operations, security monitoring, and incident response
• Expertise in complex incident investigation and escalation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
