Job Summary
Seeking a Maryland Licensed SOC L3 Analyst, the remote position will focus on leading complex security investigations, coordinating incident response, and mentoring junior analysts while working a hybrid rotating shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts
- Lead investigations of complex and high visibility security incidents
- Coordinate incident containment, eradication, and recovery activities
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of relevant cybersecurity or SOC experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SIEM/XSIAM
- Advanced experience in SOC operations, security monitoring, and incident response
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, or CISSP are beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
