Job Summary
Seeking a fully licensed Maryland Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT) for a remote contract position, who will provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients, delivering affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions per week and flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual (1-1) therapy in a telehealth setting to LGBTQIA+ clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in regular clinical supervision to support development toward full independent licensure
Required qualifications
- Active Maryland license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT
- Experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and delivering affirming, identity-centered care
- Comfort with providing individual therapy in a telehealth environment
- Skilled in clinical assessment and documentation
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling
