Maryland Licensed Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Therapist will manage a caseload of 25-36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments, developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth, maintaining timely clinical documentation
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and their families while coordinating care
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related discipline
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn systems including Zoom and EHR platforms
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
