Maryland Medicaid Compliance Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Maryland Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage compliance activities, develop functional procedures, and conduct training for regional staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance reports, summarizing data and audit findings
- Conduct compliance investigations and assist in creating corrective action plans
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts and monitor adherence to standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is advantageous
