Mass Tort Associate Attorney
Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Mass Tort Associate Attorney will navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation, while working remotely and gaining hands-on experience in complex cases.
Key responsibilities
- Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Assist and lead discovery efforts, including document identification and witness depositions
- Draft critical litigation documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
Required qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be considered
- Active membership in a State Bar
- A passion for trial work and a proactive approach to case ownership
- Experience with complex civil litigation or commercial litigation is a plus
