Massachusetts Hospice Volunteer Coordinator

Job Summary

To support local hospice services, the part-time Regional Hospice Volunteer Coordinator will recruit and engage volunteers, coordinate assignments based on patient needs, and monitor program quality while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifies volunteer services within the local community to meet the needs of patients and families
• Engages with local communities to promote volunteer recruitment and provide education on hospice services
• Evaluates the volunteer program on an ongoing basis and participates in quality assurance activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Familiarity with general computer use, internet navigation, and online HR services
