Job Summary
Focusing on HR, tax, and general accounting functions, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Accountant will reconcile general ledger accounts, support employee benefits accounting processes, and assist with regulatory filings in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyze financial data
- Support accounting and reporting within the HR function and employee benefits processes
- Assist with sales/use tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Knowledge of payroll, tax, and general accounting principles
- Experience with Dayforce and/or Infor is a plus
