Leading a team of outpatient telehealth clinicians, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Assistant Program Director will supervise staff, provide clinical oversight, and ensure compliance with treatment standards while working 100% remotely.

Required qualifications
- LICSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege in Massachusetts
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 1 year of telehealth experience
- Experience in case management and quality care
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and Microsoft Office; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
