Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Associate Attorney will manage business immigration cases, communicate with clients, and supervise legal support teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing and communicating options to address clients' business immigration needs
- Maintaining timely communication with clients during and after the application process
- Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure accurate application preparation and filing
Required qualifications
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- 5+ years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters and employment-based permanent residence matters
- Significant experience handling complex RFEs, NOIDs, and challenging case issues
- Experience working directly with startups and smaller corporate clients
