Job Summary

As a remote Outside Auto Appraiser, the candidate will inspect damaged vehicles, estimate repair costs, and determine the actual cash value of total loss vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely claim settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual or on-site inspections to assess vehicle damage and ensure accurate claim evaluations
• Prepare repair estimates using industry-standard software and collaborate with repair facilities for consistency and quality
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with various stakeholders to achieve fair resolutions while maintaining high standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of auto physical damage appraisal or comparable claims-related experience
• Active adjuster license, where applicable
• Proficiency in claims management and estimating software
• Valid driver's license
