Job Summary

As a remote Outside Auto Appraiser, the candidate will inspect damaged vehicles, estimate repair costs, and determine the actual cash value of total loss vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely claim settlements while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage through virtual or on-site inspections at body shops or customer locations
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software and collaborate with repair facilities
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with body shops, customers, and third-party claimants to ensure fair resolutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of auto physical damage appraisal or comparable claim-related experience
• Active adjuster license, where applicable
• Proficient in claims management and estimating software
• Valid driver's license
