Job Summary

Leading the Behavioral Health Division, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Behavioral Health Chair will oversee clinical care, implement departmental initiatives, and ensure high-quality patient care while collaborating with staff and community organizations, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care and aligns clinical activities with organizational goals
• Supervises clinical staff, promotes a collaborative work environment, and engages in community health initiatives
• Oversees financial performance and business planning for the Behavioral Health Division, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Board certified and fully licensed in Massachusetts, actively practicing in the area of specialty
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical role, with supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex healthcare organizations and understanding of managed care practices
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on continuous process improvement and team engagement
• Excellent public presentation and interpersonal communication skills
