Massachusetts Licensed Clinical QA Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare team, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Clinical QA Coordinator will ensure the quality and integrity of Peer Review case reports while adhering to client agreements and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
- Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations and verify clinical citations in reports
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Active RN/LPN nursing license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
