Massachusetts Licensed Clinical QA Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure exceptional quality in peer review case reports, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical QA Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews, verify compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards, and maintain high standards of report integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that reports include clear, evidence-based rationales and are supported by current clinical citations
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required qualifications

• Active RN or LPN nursing license required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
