Job Summary
To support complex RIS, PACS, and clinical AI implementations, the remote Senior Clinical Application Specialist will conduct workflow assessments, develop clinical strategies, and lead training initiatives while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency in radiology departments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-implementation workflow assessments to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and document clinical workflow strategies that facilitate the adoption of PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting solutions
- Act as a clinical subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders through change management and leading training for clinical staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging environments, including clinical consulting and workflow optimization
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and completion of an accredited radiologic sciences program
- Deep understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM standards, and clinical reporting platforms
- Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems
