Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services through virtual platforms, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for clients
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW or LMHC)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy
- Ability to effectively manage clients in virtual settings and navigate technology platforms
