Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Evening Virtual Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services remotely to individuals facing behavioral issues, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals from Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8:30 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for clients
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy
- Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings and adapt interventions to a telehealth environment
- Comfort and competence with technology, including navigating HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
